These Promotional Terms & Conditions ("Promotional Terms") govern your participation in any promotional offer, campaign, contest, or discount program ("Promotion") offered by The Man Herbs (operated by Vasya Herbals) through our website, social media, email, or other channels. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.
Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older residing in India unless otherwise specified.
Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Vasya Herbals and its affiliates are not eligible for certain promotions.
Each Promotion may have additional eligibility criteria which will be stated clearly.

Valid only on full-price items unless stated otherwise.
Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupon codes.
Have expiration dates and will not be honored after expiry.
Non-transferable and may be limited to one use per customer/household.

Points are earned on qualifying purchases only.
Points have no cash value.

Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to adjust point values or expire points with reasonable notice.
Entry methods will be specified (e.g., like, share, comment, tag friends).
Winners will be selected randomly or based on criteria stated in the Promotion.
Winners will be notified via direct message or email within 7 days of contest closure.
Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Both referrer and referee must be new or existing customers as per program rules.
Referral benefits are awarded only after the referred customer's order is shipped and not returned.
Referral links/codes are for personal use only and cannot be posted on coupon/deal sites.
We reserve the right to withhold referral rewards if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Each Promotion will have a clearly stated start and end date/time (IST).
Promotions may end earlier if supplies are exhausted.
We reserve the right to extend, modify, or cancel any Promotion at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Promotional offers typically DO NOT APPLY to:
Already discounted or clearance items
Gift cards
Shipping charges (unless specified)
Taxes
Bulk/wholesale orders
Specific excluded products listed in the offer
Unless explicitly stated, Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
Only one Promotion code can be used per order.
The most valuable Promotion will be applied automatically in case of multiple eligible offers.
Promotions must be applied before completing payment.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
If a Promotion code fails to apply, contact support before completing your order.
If you return items purchased with a Promotion:
The discounted amount will be refunded proportionally
Free gifts must be returned with the order to receive a full refund
If the Promotion's minimum threshold is no longer met after returns, the discount may be voided
If a Promotion included a free item and you keep it, its value may be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to:
Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
Revoke promotional benefits obtained through abuse
Limit or ban users from future Promotions
Examples of abuse include:
Creating multiple accounts
Using false information
Using unauthorized coupon distribution methods
Purchasing products for resale
Vasya Herbals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
In case of termination, we will honor valid redemptions made before termination.
Promotions on social media are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
You release the social media platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.
Compliance with the platform's terms is your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vasya Herbals shall not be liable for:
Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
Technical errors or failures affecting Promotion participation
Any damages or losses resulting from Promotion participation
These Promotional Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Wayanad District, Kerala.
